* Cancelations can be made up to 20 days before your departure without penalty
* If cancellations are made between 19 to 8 days prior to the start of the tour, refunds are subject to a 30% deduction from the total price (Taxes not included)
* If cancellations are made between 7 to 2 days prior to the start of the tour, refunds are subject to a 70% deduction from the total price (Taxes not included)
* If cancellations are made within 24 hours prior to the start of the tour, refunds are subject to a 100% deduction from the total price (Taxes not included)
* In case of no-shows, there are no possibilities of refunds, since the program has already been developed

You will be picked up from your hotel (when in Cusco, Urubamba or Yucay) and taken to km 84 of the road Urubamba - Ollantaytambo, where we will receive a briefing at the Adventure Centre over there.
Here you will have access to restrooms, changing rooms, showers and more amenities/services. After the safety briefing, you will begin your 2-hour rafting adventure on the Urubamba River among beautiful Inca terraces and unforgettable landscapes.
At the end of the tour, you will enjoy a healthy picnic lunch on the banks of the river and afterwards you will visit the archaeological complex of Ollantaytambo with an official guide before you return to your hotel.
