Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
Pickup info: When your hotel is in Cusco, you will be picked up around 9:00 AM; when in Urubamba / Yucay, you will be picked-up around 9:45 AM.
When your hotel is in Yanahuara / Ollantaytambo, you will be picked up around 10:30 AM, but this pick up will cost an additional US$ 5.00 per person, as these towns are not located on the route to the start of the tour.

When your hotel is in Cusco this will be a full day tour, but when your hotel is in or near Ollantaytambo this tour can be done in a half day.
