* Cancelations can be made up to 20 days before your departure without penalty
* If cancellations are made between 19 to 8 days prior to the start of the tour, refunds are subject to a 30% deduction from the total price (Taxes not included)
* If cancellations are made between 7 to 2 days prior to the start of the tour, refunds are subject to a 70% deduction from the total price (Taxes not included)
* If cancellations are made within 24 hours prior to the start of the tour, refunds are subject to a 100% deduction from the total price (Taxes not included)
* In case of no-shows, there are no possibilities of refunds, since the program has already been developed

When starting this day tour in Cusco or in Pisac, you will be picked up from your hotel in the morning. This tour will start in Pisac with a visit to the famous tourist market.
After this visit, we will continue the journey through the Sacred Valley to the Adventure Center to start the rafting adventure in the Ollantaytambo section (depending on the season this can be changed into the Piñipampa section). Once there, you will receive the safety briefing and begin your rafting adventure on the Urubamba River for about two hours.
At the end of the tour, you will enjoy a healthy lunch before a visit to the archaeological complex of Ollantaytambo with an official guide.
Afterwards, the bus will drop you off at your hotel in Ollantaytambo, Yanahuara, Urubamba, Yucay or Cusco.
