The town of Ollantaytambo is famous for its ruins and, therefore, many people decide to stay overnight in this town on their way to Machupicchu. Hostel Kuychipunku is located at about 15 minutes walking distance from the train station from where you can board an early train going to Aguas Calientes / Machupicchu.
There are many shops and restaurants next to the hostel and the famous ruins are nearby as well. It will be impossible to be bored in this quaint little pueblo.
