Nustayoc Lodge

Patricia and her husband, both architects from Lima, designed and built the Nustayoc Lodge 8 years ago. The Lodge has 16 rooms divided into double rooms, triple rooms and a suite; all with private bathrooms and plenty of hot water, 24 hours a day. Nustayoc Lodge is a perfect base to relax and organize exciting treks. Nustayoc is at an altitude of 2600 meters (8,500 ft), making it a good place to acclimatize to the altitude before undertaking larger multi-day hikes like the Inca Trail.

The staff from the lodge will be happy to help you organize the different hikes that you can start right out of the lodge. Nustayoc offers three different hikes all taking 6 to 7 hours over relatively flat terrain, providing excellent options for those wanting to get used to hiking at our altitude. The treks can be done privately or organized with one of the guides from the lodge, which would include your lunch.

Transportation to the lodge, either from Cusco, the airport or Ollantaytambo can be arranged by us, just indicate this when you make your reservation.
