Sol y Luna Lodge & Spa has developed a school in the surrounding area in order to offer their staff members the chance to live and give their children a good education; however, the owners decided to include most of the children in the surrounding areas and now the school offers local people the chance to have give a good education to their children. The school is run mostly by people that come from the Urubamba area.
